My readings are personalized astrology sessions based on the birth information you provide and the preparation work I complete before our appointment. These sessions are intended for reflection, insight, and personal guidance, and they are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your appointment time is reserved for you once payment is received, and I ask that you provide accurate birth and contact information so I can prepare your reading properly.

Because each reading involves dedicated preparation in advance, all booked readings are final sale and non‑refundable. This policy reflects the time, analysis, and scheduling space that is set aside specifically for your session.

If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. I may offer one reschedule request per booking, subject to availability.

If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time so that later appointments are not affected. Missed appointments and no‑shows are not refunded, and rescheduling after a missed appointment is offered only at my discretion.

When possible, I may offer an alternative to losing the session entirely, such as applying the booking as a one‑time credit toward a rescheduled session, or making an exception for a genuine emergency. Any alternative arrangement is offered at my discretion and is not guaranteed.

If I need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, you will be offered a new appointment time. If I am unable to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

I collect the information needed to deliver your session and run my business, which may include your name, email address, birth details, booking details, payment status, intake form responses, and any information you choose to share before or during your reading. I use this information to schedule your appointment, prepare your session, communicate with you, process payments, improve my services, and, if you opt in, send future updates about offerings.

I do not sell your personal information. I may use trusted third‑party tools to run my business, such as scheduling, payment, website, analytics, and email platforms, and those providers may process your information only as needed to provide their services.

I treat the personal information you share with care and keep session content confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect safety. If you provide a testimonial, I will only publish it with the level of identification you have agreed to, such as first name only, initials, or anonymous attribution.

If you submit feedback, testimonials, or survey responses after a session, I may use them to improve my services. I will not publish a testimonial publicly without your permission.

My website may use analytics tools to understand site traffic and visitor behavior so I can improve the website and offerings over time. These tools may collect technical data such as device, browser, pages visited, and general usage patterns.
